Membership is open to all physicians and other providers who have an interest in “diseases and problems peculiar to women”.
New members in their first year after finishing residency are exempt from dues for that year.

Physicians who are engaged in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware, and are certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology shall be eligible for election to Active Membership in the Society.
Physicians who are engaged in the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology but who do not meet the other requirements for Active Membership (are not yet board certified) shall be eligible for election to Associate Membership in the Society.
Physicians who are engaged in the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology but who do not meet the other requirements for Active Membership (are not yet board certified) shall be eligible for election to Associate Membership in the Society.

Non-physician medical professionals participating in professional activities or affiliation within the field of obstetrics and/or gynecology shall be eligible for election to Affiliate Membership in the Society. Affiliate members may not hold office in the organization and are non-voting members and will pay 50% of the current year’s dues.
